After shaking the Frontier Communications and the management board in 2004, CEO Maggie Wilderotter Frontier in 2006 decided to make plans on the advice of the executive management group and syncs the board members to teach.


The idea of preparing the management and board members are target of succession plan in place because the board of directors to evaluate the potential candidates for the Executive. Last year, four members of the management Wilderotter invited others to join the mentoring program.
